Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using 1venue.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This document of terms and conditions sets out the relationship between, yourself and 1venue.co.uk
1.
1venue.co.uk is a directory for the party and disco world. The directory will provide links and information to and about other services solely to do with or associated with venues. The content within this site is provided by the other companies listed on our server and 1venue.co.uk do not assume any legal liability, nor are we responsible for the accuracy or any such information provided to us from those companies.

1venue.co.uk will not allow any content that is deemed to contain any pornographic, adult material, bad language, unsavoury content, harmful in anyway to minors, or offensive to any race, colour, gender, or persons of any kind.

Information on listings must not breach copyright laws. All information listed by the companies must be their own, or be the copyright owner, or you have written permission from the copyright owner to use the content in all listings. 1venue.co.uk is not liable for any breech of copyright. It’s up to each company listed to check its content.

No person must copy any part of the 1venue.co.uk site, as this will breach our own copyrights.
5.
1venue.co.uk holds no responsibility to the content of other external links. However if it is brought to our attention or any unsavoury content within an external link, we hold the right to terminate that link without notice. If anyone does notice any unsavoury content on our site or external links, please advise us at enquiries@1venue.co.uk immediately so we can rectify any problems found.

We do not tolerate any third party pop up advertising. External sites that cause third party pop up adverts will be given 48 hours notice to stop such pop ups. After this time if the pop up third party advertising still continues your listing will be removed without further notice.
7.
We will, to the best of our ability, endeavour to provide continuing service of our server, but in any event we shall not be liable for any service interruptions or down time. If service is interrupted we will work hard to get the service up as soon as possible.

We can not guarantee that our server will be hack proof or that unauthorised users will not enter the server. But we will try our up most to prevent this, but we are not liable for any such abuse.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Any information we provide on the general information drop down menu is only information provide by a third party. If this information is found to be false in anyway we apologise in advance, and would appreciate being corrected, and would ask you to e-mail us of any corrections. We also would like you to provide any information you might find useful within the party world, so that we can add it to the general information entertainments news link.

All listings information will be held on our database, and will not be forwarded to any other party, unless information on listings infringes, copyright, any trade mark, encourages any criminal offence, other intellectual property rights or the rights of any person, or company under any laws of any jurisdiction. Then we will have all right to pass on the details of any person onto authorised law personnel. All information supplied to us from companies listed with us is protected according to the data protection act 1998.

All companies are liable to there own content in their listings, and the services they provide. 1venue.co.uk is not liable in any way for the services these companies claim to provide. If a consumer receives a poor service from any companies listed on our server, that consumer must take their complaint up with that said company, not 1venue.co.uk.

Each listing company will be given their own terms and conditions which can be read on the 1venue.co.uk site. These terms and conditions are for the usage of this site by everyone. This is a site that has been created for you to enjoy. Please do not abuse it and if you have any comments lets us know.

1venue.co.uk directory now has a live area. The terms and conditions on the 1v live area must be agreed to, and these can be found in the 1v live area as you enter, otherwise you can not use the full features of 1v live. We will not torerate any persons found abusing any of the 1venue.co.uk terms and conditions, and we will take every possible step on site and off site, against any person abusing such terms.

Remember we are just a party directory, and we do not provide services for parties. If you require a party service, please visit the service areas on the directory.
